I’m moving to Phillip Island soon to start a new role as a Planning Engineer at Westernport Water. I’m looking for a housemate to share a 2 or 3 bedroom house around Cowes / Newhaven.
A bit about me, I work full-time, mostly weekday hours. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a relaxed home environment and keep things low key during the week. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets.
Ideally looking for someone similar who’s easy going, responsible, and happy to share a calm, comfortable place. Open to discussing rent, lease length, and finding a place together or joining an existing setup.
