Hello! I'm Larisa Interior Designer from ITALY , multicultural open minded person, speak 3 languages.
I’m currently employed as a Home Carer (Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service) ,weekend Uber Driver.

I’m looking for a shared accommodation, walking distance to the beach, single room $280 inc.bill, bathroom to myself. Prefer an unfurnished room, however if already furnished that would not be a problem either. Also, I need a spot for my car but I don't mind to park it on the street.
About the house, it needs to be clean, NO Smoking in accommodation, with cool people who respect each other and prioritize cleaning of the common areas.

I’m very easy going , I enjoy talking to people, hang out with friends, go to the beach for long walk or surf , but also spending a good time in my bedroom reading a book, studying.
