it’s time to restart my life. Working, single, mature woman looking for granny flat to rent for myself and a small dog. Being a poodle type dog, he does not shed hair, is well behaved and used to living with other animals -horses, dogs, sheep. I spend a lot of time walking the dog and i try to take him along most places that I go however A small garden that is safe for him to be in is a definite.

I am a clean person and like things tidy. I don’t smoke or do drugs and won’t be having parties. I am used to living on land and understand the pros and cons of septic tanks and rain water etc.

At this stage I am unsure how long a stay I will be needing, but a minimum of 6 months, with possibly to increase would be great.
