I am 35 years old and Im originally from the UK but now a resident of Australia for almost 5 years. Ive been living in the Northern Rivers for the last 2.5 years - in Suffolk Park and also Tintenbar near Lennox.
I was back overseas in the UK for a few months as I had to go back for a family reasons.
I am looking for some short term accommodation that will line up with when I arrive, which will allow me to settle while I search for something more long term.
I am usually out the house all day surfing, skateboarding, shooting photos or hiking/exploring. When Im home I am usually working on personal design projects (I have a long list!) or editing my photos.
My usual work is in Film & TV as an Art Director/Set Designer - Im currently in between film jobs but in the meantime I will use the spare time to work on my own projects.
I don't drink, smoke, or take drugs, and my diet is vegetarian. (I have no problem with meat eaters in the kitchen if that is the case).
I am very comfortable meeting new people and sharing spaces with them, I can provide references from my past house-shares if needed.
My daily routine involves meditation, yoga, surfing, reading and then using the rest of the day to advance my projects.

Slightly flexible with move in and out dates, from start of March to end of April. Also happy to consider 1 month arrangement.
