Hi, I'm Niamh.

I'm looking for a room to rent in a house with like-minded people in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide.

To give a brief introduction, I identify as a queer woman. I'm currently studying Business full time from home and value quiet time and privacy. I like to spend my spare time going on walks, cooking, dancing to music and making art.
Although I spend a lot of time in my room, I love to embrace communal living and doing things such as movie nights, household meals and having chats with my housemates.

I would love to be part of an all-female and/or LGBT+ household but it is not a dealbreaker if not.

My current budget is $210 per week excluding bills, but I am happy to discuss this rate if I can find the perfect place. I have a good rental history and a recommendation from my previous landlord, I can supply any documents as needed.

I am a smoker but only do so outside.
