Hey! I'm a geologist who's just made the move from Hobart to Kalgoorlie for a full-time role, so yes, I'm here to stay, not just passing through.

I work an 8/6 roster, 8 days on, 6 days off. On work days I'm out of the house for most of the day, so you'd barely know I'm around. On my days off I'm mostly home, but in the best low-key way. You'll find me reading, playing chess, watching a movie, or getting out to explore the Goldfields. I keep to myself but I'm genuinely friendly and happy to share a meal or a conversation when the vibe's right.

Around the house I'm tidy and self-sufficient. I clean up after myself, respect shared spaces, and I'm happy to share household chores. I'm not looking for a party house just good people, a bit of breathing room, and mutual respect.

Rent and bills on time, always. Happy to provide references from previous rentals and my employer.
