Hey there,

I'm Emily a 33 year old female looking for a place to call home.

I work full time (out of home) with occasional night and weekend work. Due to this I am seeking a quiet house. With my job I am lucky enough to receive a work vehicle. This must be parked off street, ideally in a garage. I also have my own vehicle.
I am moving from my own home located on the north coast so I understand the care and respect needed when living in a home and am happy to assist in routine cleaning/gardening and overall maintenance/care.
I am seeking a clean and calm environment with preferably only one housemate, or a separate space if more. But I am always up for an end of day chat or morning coffee social.
I have a medium sized dog (Chica) who is the most chill dog, only barks when someone is right at the front door never otherwise, doesn't go on furniture and gets along well with all dogs, people and children.
I have my own furniture and extra if needed.
I am flexible on length of stay and on move in dates as I will be staying with my parents until I have tenants in my house.

I'm often out of the house walking chica, going to the gym or going out to dinner with mates. Also looking to take up soccer again when I'm back on the coast.
