Alternative. Easy and less stressful,I have a sibling that also needs a roof over her head as it’s hard to find somewhere to live currently due to large amounts of increase of rent. I am a part time business working on a traineeship. My pay is weekly but I’d prefer to have my rent fortnight due to affording it much easier so I’m not worrying about it due to it ending in feb. I will still need to find permanent work afterwards so I’m currently still working for a company prestige staffing. I hope we can come to an agreement ☺️ bond is no issue since it’s common and rent will be paid due to it being important. Rather a bond of 800 or at least 400 so not stressing on rent as well as bond. ☺️🙏
