Hi all! I’m Liv. I work remotely as an editor and content designer for a travel, fashion and weddings magazine. I’ve been living in Suffolk Park for the past year and a half and am currently spending a little time on the NSW South Coast before returning to the Northern Rivers in early December, where I’m hoping to find a new home.

I’m looking for a peaceful, mold-free space to settle into - ideally a studio to reside solo, or a home with warm, kind, and easygoing female housemates. I often work out and about from cafés or the library, but it would be great to have space for a small desk in my room or a quiet corner of the house.

A little about me: I love cooking, long walks, Pilates, swimming, and spending time in nature with friends. I’m very clean, tidy, and organised, and enjoy keeping my living space calm, comfortable, and beautiful. I’m quite independent but really value good conversation, laughter and shared moments with those I live with.
