My name is Francisco and I am 32 y/o; full time vet working in Casino.
Looking for a nice house to settle for a while, anywhere from 6-12 months (or longer).

Work being very busy I really look forward to coming back to a clean place with a good vibe and chilled atmosphere where I know I will be able to rest/study or just "do my thing"; but I do like catching up with housemates and socialize.
I keep my personal spaces clean and tidy and will do the same with shared areas as I am mindful of others.

At this point in time I am very focused on my job/career but I try to keep a balanced lifestyle going for a surf or to the gym whenever is possible and occasionally out for a drink. I am also focusing in studying and preparing for an exam so having a place I could do this anytime without bothering others would be ideal.

I work Monday to Friday and I am on call Mondays and one weekend in four. I really like my job being a mixed animal veterinarian but I also love the coastal lifestyle, so I don't really mind the drive.

Location wise I could consider anywhere in between Lennox, Alstonville and East Ballina with easy access to the highway.
My budget is 350 but I am flexible.
To move in I would just need to give my current place 2 weeks notice.

Ideally looking to connect with people with similar age, interests and lifestyle.
