Brad

Hello there,
My name is Brad and I have recently moved to Adelaide from Queensland and I have just begun full time work in the city for a year with a demolition firm on government and commercial sites. I'm a respectful, clean, quiet and domesticated person,non smoker. Majority of my work will be in Adelaide's CBD and ideally I would like to live right here in the city but very open elsewhere for the right place. I'm currently renting in East Adelaide until the 11th of August, and am seeking great place to help my stay here. I'm open to looking at short or long term leases, either just for me or shared.
You will find that I'm a very considerate, happy person - i generally work 5 to 7 days per week in Adelaide city and when not working i have time with the family or have a casual catch up with friends. I like to cook for myself but I do really enjoy cooking for the people I live with from time to time to share.
I'm having a break to be close to my amazing family for a while from my usual trade and life which is skippering vessels (boats) in the Whitsundays which I'll return to in approximately 12 months time.
