I am a tidy, respectful and respectful mature man looking for a room in Grafton. I am working full time as a teacher. I keep active by regular exercise and like walking, ocean swimming and exploring the local area and I generally drive to the coast/national parks on weekends. I am also really good at handy man jobs around the house and wouldn’t mind helping out. Otherwise I like to keep the place neat and tidy and respect others privacy and independence. I am looking for a room in a share house as a way to get to know the area and people and also have good access for work purposes. I enjoy my own space and socialising.
