Hey, how’s it going?

My name’s Kartik (Aadi), I’m 26 and currently working full-time as an Estimator and Project Coordinator in Construction Company. I also work casually on weekends with Bunnings.

I’m looking for a room near the beach as I’ve recently started training for a triathlon, so being close to the coast would really help with my routine. My typical schedule is 8am–4pm work, then training afterwards.

A bit about me, I’m pretty easygoing, non smoker, keep things tidy, and I’m usually out most of the day. I don’t cook much, so I mostly eat outside, which keeps things simple in the kitchen.

I do have my own car, so parking would be helpful if available.

I’m happy to discuss if there’s some flexibility. I’d be ready to move in within 2–3 weeks.
