Sequoia

Am looking for a room I can rent out to pretty much to just store my stuff in when I'm not working, as well as potentially somewhere for my parrots to stay as well. They are indoor parrots who spend most of their time in their cages.
Doesn't have to be a big or fancy room. Merely just enough room for a bed, a desk and the cages (optional, they can be in a different part of the house if needed).

I'm a pet sitter from Bunbury who is always constantly at other houses overnight to look after pets of all types, from Australind to Dalyellup. Have been in Bunbury all my life.
I have many skills that are great to have around the house, such as building furniture and doing light repairs to assorted things.
Am great with animals, from horses, dogs, cats, birds, small animals.
Often in my free time when not pet sitting/house sitting, I love to game on my laptop, draw both digitally and traditionally, as well as listen to music of all types (with headphones).
I only have two electric scooters, no car.
Have two easy-going parrots which I use in therapy programs for children and adults, who adore having people interact with them. They can get a bit rowdy during breeding season, though otherwise they are chill.
