Im a 50ish yo partially retired woman, I do housesitting/petsitting and will be returning to study part-time once settled. I have a nearly 17yo daughter who will be busy in yr 11 starting in May.

We have moved from Qld, everything is in storage up there. So need to share while we establish ourselves. We are happy to share a room, very used to it during housesitting. Emma will be studying, I will be in and out petsitting. I adore all animals and since ours passed last year so i need to include my animal friends in my life.
I do need to do a few trips to Qld to sort out our storage units. We love exploring new places but will have to do this on school holidays now.

We are looking to share a Peaceful Calm home. We do not like drama or yelling. We do like music, even just soft background music. Happy to use headphones if other housemate is working or not in a music mood.

My daughter is nearly 17 and the most responsible caring sensitive and kind human I've ever met. She enjoys a lot of creative activities, was learning piano, guitar, dance, singing, music, and performing in plays. Despite how outgoing these hobbies might seem, she is quiet, intelligent and considerate. Not like a typical teenager at all.

She would love to learn to cook so if you have any skills to share, im not the best cook but can follow a recipe. We are trying to reboot our lives with healthier options and more creativity included.

We have a lot of exploring to do in our new state so will not be sitting around all the time. Although rest days are a must. Especially since Qld winter goes for a month and is not cold, so too cold will be a rest day, we have begun to collect thermals though.
