Hello I'm a woman of 56 yrs. Love life and love love time to my self and privacy.
I am respectful, clean, and available for listening and socialise with housemate/s.

Minimum stairs. Happy to work with a TEAMUP to lease. Prefer Terrigal area or surrounds.

Prefer a furnished bedroom or semi furnished. Close access to bathroom and toilet. (Much Prefer own). Off Street parking would be preferable, if possible.
My mind is open to following locations, as I'm an empty nester and have all major, white goods , furniture, other belongings in storage. So I can enjoy freedom for this next journey.

Providing a homecooked meal once a month, If housemate/s interested to chip in. A theme is fun. Mexican or baked dinner, pasta night etc. I love doing that. I enjoy a wine, and hosting the occasion get together, brunch or lunch with friends, family, housemates.
Love pets, yet no long a pet sitter on Perm basis, for others. Happy to help though.
Prefer to eat in my room most times and would like option of desk and wii fii. If possible.

Business manager. Recently completed Community Service Cert IV course. I volunteer and yes. Am solution based and an excellent listener.

When it comes to challenges. Love people, love animals, plants. love my private space and respect that of others. Never take what doesn't belong to me and expect the same, and just love Jack Johnson's music, Mark Nofflers 🎸 skills and Simon and Garfunkles CALL ME ALL. Not a party girl though.

Put the lime in the coconut song, just for fun. Chocolate Song, promoting fair trade (Africa). I spent a lot of time in that in that continent too. Learnt a lot.

So yes Im stimulated by diversity and non judgemental.. Have travelled the world. Have loads of funny stories. Thoroughly enjoy listening and engaging with others and their life journeys. Happy in my own company and keeping to myself.

Babies are my weekness. Im. Extremely maternal. I drive my two adult kids nuts with it. L o l. I can't help it.
