Hello I'm a woman of 57 yrs. Love life and love love time to my self and privacy. My children now left my nest. Living their best life. So hmmm. My time to make choices.

I am respectful, clean, and available for listening and socialise with housemate/s.

Minimum stairs prefered. Happy to work with a TEAMUP to lease. Prefer Port Maquaries area /close surrounds.
Close to River and Markets would be ideal.

Prefer a furnished bedroom or a cabin furnished or unfurnished.

Close access to bathroom and toilet. (Prefer own if possible). Off Street parking would be preferable, also if possible.

Provide a homecooked meal ocasionally, maybe once a month, If housemate/s interested to chip in. A theme is fun. Mexican or baked dinner, pasta night etc. Vegetarian -I love doing that. I enjoy a wine, and hosting the occasional get together, brunch or lunch with friends, family, housemates.

Im semi Retired. Have a vehicle, no pets now and both my children have left the nest and living their best life.

So now after confidence from my daughter, Im setting my sights on a Place I adore. PORT MAQUARIE.
