Hi there! My name's Amber and I'm a 22 year old woman looking for a room to rent.
I currently work on a fixed schedule part time, and outside of work I enjoy some quiet gaming, and doing artwork. I'm not a party person and don't have a habit of having guests at all, so I'd be a perfect fit as a mostly quiet housemate who often keeps to herself and loves to relax (:

I'm clean and tidy, quiet and respectful of other people's time and space, i have one pet I'd be bringing with me, she's a 4 year old cat, she's indoor only and perfectly litter trained, she does have some separation anxiety but is mostly quiet and very well behaved, and is also long term on anti-anxiety medication to lessen the stress on both her and others sharing our environment. She'd be confined to my own private space in order to minimise hair fall to the rest of the household.

I'm friendly and welcoming of all, i do enjoy making friends and I'm keen to build a strong, reliable and trustworthy bond with my landlord and possible co-renters.
I'm also able to cook and clean, and will ensure any space I've used will be left presentable.
