Seeking temporary accommodation (shared or solo) for single 58yo male with medium size dog for two or up to a maximum of 12 months. My friend is about to put his Sydenham home on the market and will be looking to rent or find share accommodation with his best mate while he is able to get a feel for the area and purchase his new home.
