Hi there.
Separated father with a 12yo daughter (who lives locally with her mum), I'm professionally employed and 52 years young.

I'm looking for a home to share with someone for the foreseeable future (1-2 years..?).
I'm polite, fully house trained, and clean'n'tidy.
I have a reasonably quick wit, and am rather liberal/left in my views.

I'm trying to quit smoking. Already, I don't smoke often (1 to 3 per day, sometimes none at all) and I'm extremely respectful of other people. I don't smoke near doors or windows, I wash my hands afterward, and if I'm socialising outside with friends I take my smoke well away from everyone. Honestly, most of the time you'd barley know I smoke at all.

I'd prefer somewhere with off-street parking, though, it's not a deal breaker.
