Hi there, thanks for checking out my profile!

I'm seeking a long term (12+ months) rental of a 1 or 2 bedroom unit/flat/house/granny flat, South, East or West of Adelaide. Not looking for a share or roommate at this time. Ideally looking to stay under $400/wk after utilities, but I can flex for a good fit.

I work full time in IT with a hybrid schedule (some remote from home, some onsite) and I study part time. I've always received excellent feedback from landlords and am happy to provide references upon request. I've worked with both private and management companies, and would love to go with a private landlord again if possible. :)

I am currently in a sharehouse lease until May, but I'm putting some feelers out early. If a really good fit comes available before then, I am in a position where I can break lease. Otherwise I'm aiming to see what's available and hopefully establish contact early if a private landlord has something closer to that time.

::CURRENTLY SEEKING::
-price range: under $400 w/utilities preferred (doesn't have to have utilities included in rent, just an idea for price range)
-location: Southern Adelaide Suburbs (please see map included in my profile for idea of general areas)
-open to the following regions:
-South of CBD to around Noarlunga
-West of CBD from Henley Beach, further south
-East of CBD from Stirling/Aldgate, further south
-start date: 5/22/2026, flexible
-rental length: 12+ months preferred, dates negotiable.

I'm an introvert, and mostly keep to myself. I love reading, hiking, petting all the dogs, and finding new spots to explore. I have no pets, no live-in partner, and I don't have parties.

Things that are important to me when looking for a place:
-Prefer a whole property or unit, and not considering shared/student accomodations (granny flats are totally fine)
-in the case of a granny flat, I prefer to have my own kitchen, not just a couple bench top appliances :)
-I have a car, so preferably somewhere to park
-Either furnished or unfurnished works for me
