Looking for a share with either a room or granny flat within 30 mins to Coffs CBD. I am currently trying to secure a rental, will only need something for just over a month, maybe a little more if I have a lot of difficulty locking something in!

As I've been out of Coffs for a bit, I'll be lining up some hospitality work which will ideally see me working full time hours however that may not pick up for a bit. I would need a place that doesn't mind if I'm not working full time hours/still making my way to those hours. I am an active person and not a homebody, love being out at the beach all day.

I don't really cook often and keep to myself. I would suit a furnished place that just needs someone for a short period of time.

I've been renting for about 14 years, I understand the respect you need to provide a roommate, especially when it's not your own home. I'm a clean person with a positive attitude :)
