Hi I'm Alicia, after traveling around Tasmania for several months, I am looking to return to Devonport for a while. I've worked numerous jobs in residential student settings (boarding school, ranch camp, summer camp, outdoor education center, trips in Washington DC, etc), as well as living in houses and dorms with fellow coworkers, so I feel these experiences have taught me a lot about how to peacefully share a space with lots of different types of people. I am respectful of people's preferences, and at this point have heard it all when it comes to house rules. Though I am always willing to chat and be a listening ear for anyone, I would say I mostly keep to myself so don't be offended if it feels like I'm ignoring you. I like to do solo camping and hiking trips, going to food markets, cultural events, or any sort of quirky town festival. I am also perfectly happy to stay inside and do puzzles, cross stitching, crafts, sewing, stretching and yoga, cooking new recipes, or watch tv. I also LOVE cats and would not be upset to find a place with cat housemates. Definitely not one to blast music late into the night, and not into drinking/partying, except for Halloween!
Non smoker and not allergic to anything.
I have a car but prefer to walk and bike as much as possible.
