Hey there! I’m a 26 year old working professional moving to Atherton for full-time employment (beginning on the 19/12) and looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home.

I’m a single, non-smoker with my own car/open licence.
I have no pets (but I’m great with them if you have any!)

Very experienced with share-house living.
I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I usually keep to myself but don’t mind being social either :)

Because I’m currently over an hour away from where I will be working I’m hoping to relocate as soon as possible and get settled in before I start work on the 19th Dec.

Happy to pay bond + some rent in advance. Or do an interview first.
