Hi I’m a 26 year old, single, female seeking long term accommodation within a safe environment. I hope to be sharing with someone whom holds similar values and views as I do, which primarily consist of respecting others privacy, creating a home filled with positive and peaceful energy & ensuring rent and bills are paid on time . I relocated back to Adelaide from Perth, WA 3 months ago moving down to the Noarlunga region however due to a well deserved break in employment I have decided I am ready to re enter the workforce which will be Adelaide CBD based and would like to minimise the commute to work as much as possible.

As someone who takes great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming living environment, I am committed to treating your property with the utmost care and respect. I believe in not just renting a space, but in creating a home where I can unwind and ultimately build lasting memories. I am laid back, easy going & enjoy a glass of wine just as much as I enjoy my down time relaxing.

My social network is primarily based south of Adelaide therefore I anticipate I will be spending a considerable amount of time visiting them in my spare time, however important to note I would like to feel comfortable enough to have the freedom for them visit me too.

I have a strong track record of being a responsible tenant, ensuring that rent is paid on time and that any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved. This can be confirmed with my references provided.

I am currently in transition and actively seeking full-time employment to which I anticipate to be commencing in the coming weeks pending my clearances come back approved, which I am certain will. I worked within the community services sector as a Local Area Coordinator for the NDIS. While currently in between jobs, I am in receipt of government benefits which comfortably cover the portion of rent I will be required to pay.
