Hi!
I’m Katya, a 21 y/o primary teaching student looking for a room to rent in a share house, or people to team up with.

I’m currently living in a share house in Mount Martha but looking to move out as I have recently split with my ex-partner. I have only lived on the peninsula for 6 months, but love the area, so looking to find myself a new place to call home and potentially new friends along the way.

I come with lots of experience as I have lived in shared accommodation since I turned 18, as I had to move away from the country to attend uni. I like to chat and be social, and go out for dinner or drinks, but also decompress and have some alone time after a big day. I’m very considerate and understanding of other people’s differences and needs, and am very big on transparency and communication.

I am really hoping to find 1-2 other people who I can find a home with and I really love making my living space a safe space, and somewhere to relax.

I don’t have any pets, children, allergies, I’m not a big drinker, I don’t do drugs, reliable with rent and bills, I’ve always been told I’m mature for my age, and strangely love vacuuming and random deep cleans!

I am really looking forward to this next chapter in my life and would absolutely love to catch up with anyone interested to see if we’d be compatible housemates!
