Hi, I'm Maddie! I’m currently based in East Ballina, but looking for a new place as my landlords are selling. I come with an excellent rental reference from my property manager!

About me:
- I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful housemate - I love having a clean and peaceful space around me. I will have maybe 1-2 drinks on a weekend, and I never smoke or do drugs.
- I get out and about daily - either for sport or hobbies/volunteering.
- I love cooking!
- I work full time as a health economist. My company is based in Canberra, however we all work remotely. I do work from home full time, which means I really love a calm, clean and peaceful space! And it also means I can sign for parcels delivered during the day 😊

Because I work from home, I’m looking to find a space that has a second bedroom or a small study where I can set up my desk. I’m happy to share this space - I have a Koala couch/fold out bed that I use in my current office and share with my housemate for guests who come and stay. Also, my work is computer-based and quiet - I’m not in meetings all day everyday or making phone calls.

I’m looking for a place to call home long-term, and ideally looking to stay close to Ballina so I’m still close to my usual activities and sports (e.g. no further than Lennox).

My spend is negotiable based on the space - happy to have a conversation about it.
