Hello. I am Katia, 37 years old female. I work for a photography company (office hours) and also study masters of psychotherapy in my final year. I have a small, non-barking and non- shedding dog (moodle breed), she is very well trained, apartment style dog, not a destroyer of things and I can provide references from previous landlords for her. She comes to work with me. I can pay 2 months in advance (plus bond) to secure the lease if it is the right fit. Looking for a long term place that is mould free but happy to start with short term.
