Hi there! I'm a 34-year-old woman who loves the simplicity of living in a cozy studio, granny flat or share house. I work full time and enjoy coming home to a clean and tidy space. I work in Aged Care & my son also works 2-3 nights a week and some weekends as a kitchen hand and in catering. I also study in TAFE online and my son loves sports has good grades at school, respectful and courteous. I am a mother of a great kid who goes to Trinity Lismore, he’s also very tidy and keeps to himself and also loves to cook, he’s vegetarian. Although we don't mind a conversation, we also appreciate alone time to indulge in our interests. I'm a non-smoker and have a rescue cat that grow up with us during Covid. We originally came from the Central Coast. I would love to rent 2 rooms for the price I advertised as one is for my son. Overall, we strive for a peaceful and harmonious environment where we can call our home.
