Hi I'm Sam. I'm 46years old & have a 16yo daughter. I'm quiet, yet friendly. I like to cook & bake, especially for others (I had a boutique cupcake business), & always clean up after myself. I don't mind cleaning & prefer my space to be organised & calm. I don't drink or smoke cigarettes.
I have an auto immune disorder & currently receive income protection as I'm not working. I can be in pain pretty frequently but have learned to live with it mostly. I moved to Hervey Bay in January 2025 & love it here.
I'm looking to find a granny flat or a house share with flatmates who are mature & relatively quiet. Looking for 6mths+/long term. I have all of my own furniture and appliances in storage and am flexible on what to bring with me.
We usually do 50/50 with our daughter, but are very flexible. Ideally looking for 2 bedrooms.
