Hi! My name is Jemimah and I am a 27 year old female looking for her new home. As a full time veterinary student, casual vet nurse, whilst also running my own business, I appreciate having a peaceful and organized space to focus on my studies and rest when I get home from work. I am a mature, respectful and clean housemate who loves to have a chat but also respects others privacy and space. I spend a lot of my time at uni studying and then working full days on the weekends. In my spare time, I love being at the beach, running, reading, writing and listening to podcasts/audiobooks. I also have two lovely, laid-back cats, Luca and Arlo, who would be joining me in our new home.

I have been living in the Grange area for the past two years but sadly the rental I’m currently in is being sold. I’ve been renting directly from the current owners of this property and have had a great professional relationship with them, so I can offer references.
