Hi there! I'm Erin, 42yr old woman who doesn't drink. Ideally looking for a room in house with other ladies in or around Woy Woy, Ettalong or Umina. I'm friendly and warm while respecting my and other people's space. I have one sweet 9 year old boy, very polite, who may stay with me for one night per week. Anything up to $360 is fine for me, as that's what I was paying weekly in previous house in Narara. I have only been on central coast for 3 months now but have fallen in love with the above locations as I love the beach (who doesn't) and I'm an avid bird watcher.
