Hi! My name is Sarah, I’m 25 and currently working full-time Monday to Friday. I’ve been living in Banksia Park for the past 10 years, but with my lease ending in July, I’m looking to move closer to work (my work is based in Woodville). I’m considering areas like Two Wells, Virginia, or Angle Vale.

A bit about me: I love cooking, hosting dinners, and relaxing with a good movie. I have a partner who stays over a few nights a week, and I often stay at his place too. I’m also very close with my two little sisters (both under 6), and they visit me quite regularly — so it’s important that you’re okay with having little ones around from time to time.

I have OCD and like to keep my space tidy and organised. In my current home, we follow a cleaning schedule that’s worked really well to avoid any issues — I’d love to continue something similar. I’m respectful of others’ privacy and downtime, and I’m hoping to find someone with a similar mindset to create a calm, comfortable, and safe home environment.

I also have a 3-year-old teacup Chihuahua. He’s crate and toilet trained, doesn’t bark (I can’t stand barking lol!), and is very well behaved. I’m open to dogs if they get along, but no cats, sorry!

Since July is still a little while away, I’d love the chance to meet a few times beforehand to get to know each other and see if we’d be a good fit as housemates.
