We are a professional married couple relocating to Darwin with our infant daughter. We are both accountants and are moving for long-term work opportunities.

We are calm, organised, respectful, and easy to communicate with. We genuinely value a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained home and are very mindful of shared spaces, routines, and boundaries.

Our daughter is still very young, well-routined, and we are considerate of noise and shared living arrangements. We are quiet people by nature and spend most of our downtime working, enjoying nature walks, or exploring Darwin’s outdoor lifestyle.

We are non-smokers, do not host parties, and do not have pets. Mutual respect and open communication are very important to us, and we always strive to be reliable, tidy, and cooperative housemates.

We are looking for a fully furnished room and are flexible with the length of stay (ideally 6–12 months). We are happy to discuss household expectations to ensure a good fit for everyone.
