We're a professional married couple recently settled in Darwin with our infant daughter. We're both accountants.

We're calm, organised, respectful, and easy to communicate with. A clean, peaceful, and well-maintained home genuinely matters to us, and we're very mindful of shared spaces, routines, and boundaries.

Our daughter is still very young and well-routined, and we're considerate of noise and shared living arrangements. We're quiet people by nature and spend most of our downtime working, taking nature walks, or exploring Darwin's outdoor lifestyle.

We're non-smokers, don't host parties, and don't have pets. Mutual respect and open communication are very important to us, and we always strive to be reliable, tidy, and cooperative housemates.

We're looking for a room or studio and are flexible with length of stay (ideally long-term rental). We're happy to discuss household expectations to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
