I’ve lived with housemates for 5-ish? years now, so I’m good at sharing space. I’m clean and quiet. I usually keep to myself, but am down for a board game or movie night.

I have a very well behaved cat named Avalanche. We’ve lived in a fully carpeted place for 2 years and she doesn’t scratch furniture or carpet and is well litter trained. I would prefer a place with no other animals since she gets stressed with other cats/dogs in her space.
