Hi! I'm a just turned 53 year (young) male who is looking for a quiet place to be my base for at least the next 6 months, whilst I work in Coffs for a very well respected local owned company. I consult in my industry so I have often times away, additionally I travel a lot to spend time with my 3 kids at uni in Wollongong & Canberra. I have previously rented on the Woolgoolga headland 2 years and I am now in Corindi 1year (as such I have great payment & care of property references). Due to likely work commitments I want to save an hour a day of travel and live in Coffs. When I get a chance I love to cook and love a good red to wind down in the evening. I am an experienced renter who is respectful, clean and tidy.
