Im a single female working f.t while studying p.t. I go to the gym a few times p.w. dont watch much tv, enjoy watching local team sport, usually get out of the house over weekends to go camping. I am very tidy, clean and sociable. Take out my share of garbage bags, leave kitchen and bathroom clean. Im real easy to get on with and have shared house with people from age 20 to mid 70's. Enjoy putting on bbqs and having a few beers or wine over dinner with friends. Only a light social drinker. Have a small quiet indoor caged bird that remains in my room. Have great references and good rental payment record. Dont need wifi or own linen. Open to renting a room in a sharehouse or sharing a lease on an unfurnished apartment unit or duplex.
