bryson and Lucas

Hi, we’re Bryson (23) and Lucas (18), two brothers looking for a room to rent.

I work full-time as a panel beater at Singleton Smash Repairs, and Lucas works in construction while also attending trade school. We both have steady incomes, keep busy with work, and are responsible tenants.

We’re clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I previously worked in domestic and end-of-lease cleaning, so keeping the place tidy is important to us. We don’t smoke, we’re reliable with rent and bills, and we’re looking for a comfortable, friendly place to call home.
