Hi.

I'm 29 year old mum of a 9 year old. I'm look for a place for me and my son to move into. I'm looking to rent a bedroom if possible and if it's seperate from the house or seperate would be ideal. Me and my son will keep to ourselves mostly to avoid inconveniencing anyone but my son is very social and will want to make friends with the people living there. I'm currently in the risk of being having no home for me and my son so I can move in asap. Of course I will clean up after me and so will my son. I also work so can pay rent and bills as well.
