Hi, I am Candice. I am a backpacker from Taiwan ,have been living in Australia for one and half years and planning the first adventure in Tasmania. I would love to move into a share house in East Devonport or nearby area as I will be working around. The move-in date will be 1/12. I will be working in afternoon shifts and may arrive home in early mornings. I am clean, tidy, very quiet and friendly. I am a bit introverted so ideally I am looking for a private room and the budget is $240 per week includes bills. Also considering a private room with en-suite. The budget can be discussed for the right landlords! I love both dogs and cats and would love to get along with them:) I have a car so I will need a parking space. Thanks for reading this!
