I'm a pretty quiet person, and I like to have my own space.
I don't drink or smoke and definitely don't want to be in a party house.
I like to have a clean and tidy living space, cleanliness is important to me.
I am unable to work but have a stable disability pension income.
Im looking for a decent sized room with ensuite, or my own section of a house with my own bathroom.
I have a senior indoor only cat who has been in numerous rentals with no issues. He will stay with me in the room/area.
