PLEASE NOTE: I have a child that I share 50/50 custody of. One week on and one week off.

I’m a 28 year old, single mum to a 3 year old. I have him 50/50 shared custody. I also have a 4 year old dog named Dolly, she’s very affectionate and great with other dogs.

I’m a homebody, I’ll spend most of my time painting or reading.

I’m looking for either a bigger room available or someone that wants to team up and look at applying together for a rental, perhaps someone else that has children too.
