I'm a young at heart 44 year-old woman with a steady income who enjoys reading, watching tv in my room and bird watching.

I currently live in Wyoming and looking for a place to live on the coast or specifically Bellbird.

I have a National police check and 13 years of great real estate references available.

I have a beautiful 14 year old boy, he’s a Foxie x bitsa - he’s a small/medium dog, he is great with other dogs and fully house trained.
I have two budgies.

I have all the furniture we need including lounge, tv, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge and a deep freezer for a teamup.

Not interested in anyone who has a criminal history, takes drugs, or is into partying at home.
I’m suitable for single parents.

I would enjoy some music and laugh together over a shared home cooked meal every now and again, but I am pretty low key and prefer my own space.

I require at least 5 years real estate/ landlord references and a TICA clearance for a team up.
