Max budget is $320 per week (not inc. bills and wifi) - seeking same and to split bills.

We are looking at a $500 to 600+ house to apply for together, must have good references.

I'm a 44 year-old woman on DSP who enjoys reading, watching tv and bird watching.

I currently live in Wyoming, am open to staying on the Coast or moving to Cessnock or Kurri Kurri area.
I love Bellbird NSW. Would love to find something semi rural - dream not essential.

I spend my days immersed in my studies, (Massage therapy @Tafe) or have my head in a book or I’m streaming shows in my bedroom.

I have no kids of my own, but am willing to help out if you have a child, let’s discuss this.

My ideal house is a sanctuary that I hope to find the right similar person to share.

I’m very much LGBTQIA+ friendly and also eco friendly. I have a strong spiritual side and would love to team up with someone like minded.

I have a beautiful 14 year old boy, he’s a Foxie x bitsa - he’s a small/medium dog, who is great with other dogs (see photo)
I have two budgies as well.

I have all the furniture we need including lounge, tv, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge and a deep freezer for a teamup. The only thing I don’t have is your bedroom.

National police check and 13 years great real estate references available.
Bond and bills to be in both names and contract to be established to protect us both.

I require at least 5 years great real estate/ landlord references and a TICA clearance.

Not interested in anyone who is loud, has a criminal history, takes drugs, or is into partying / overtly socialising at home.

I’m settled enough now at 44 and expect the same from my room mate, whatever age, lifestyle or gender / identity.

I would enjoy the occasional drink, music and laugh together, a home cooked meal to share or a movie night on the lounge, but I am pretty low key and prefer my own space.

Soon to be ex smoker again, I’m on patches, however I may vape. I’ve quit before about a year ago so it’s do able for me. Don’t let it be a deal breaker.

I think we all are unique and face our own challenges.

I’m ultimately looking for someone who has honesty, integrity and kindness in their soul, and to be just friendly and not in each others faces - room mates not best buddies, although I will appreciate your friendship!

You don’t have to be overtly tidy, we can work out household chores together, you have to be kind though.
