I am a graduate student currently on placement, and I will be graduating in June. I am looking for a room in a shared house to move into after the 13th of June. I don't smoke, have pets, or kids. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, beach walks, and going to concerts. My house vibes are clean and respectful of personal space, but I'm always up for a chat too.

I am looking for a place with secure parking if possible, and while I would prefer my own bathroom, it's not a deal-breaker. My budget is no more than $280, but I would prefer something around $200-250.
