I will be moving with my 5 year-old Labrador. I understand that many landlords have concerns about pets, which is why I’ve ensured he is a "model citizen" for rental living:

Past the Puppy Phase: At four years old, he is calm, settled, and well past the chewing or digging stages of puppyhood.

Professionally Trained: He is fully house-broken and has completed professional obedience training.

Healthy & Insured: He is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and on a strict monthly flea/tick prevention program.
