ISO granny flat or unfurnished room

Hi I am Eileen, 36y/o German permit resident, I have a fifo full time job 8/6.
I don’t have pets or kids, but I do have a big 4x4 and a motorcycle, I would require some
Storage space in shed/ garage. I am super easy going, I don’t like to party at my house, I like it clean, quiet and relaxed. I don’t mind mid sized animals, but maybe not big sloppy dogs. I eat meat so preferably no vegan/ vegetarian roommate. The last two rentals I moved out for because of in-considering roommates, having hot tub parties till late on weekdays, random guys walking naked around the house. Things I am not interested in ! I don’t wanna come home and walk on eggshells.
I am super easy going and happy to meet up for a meet and greet, for me at this point is more important to have considerate & same minded people surrounding me.
Budget 200-250$ including bills
Roommates max.2 gender don’t care as long you clean up after you and drop the toilet lid back down. 👍🏻
