Family looking for a property to lease with 3-4 bedrooms. Single mother with 3 children aged 4,13 and 16. We are currently residing at the back of a friends house and its beginning to feel time to expand our space.
My friend is also considering selling her home so we have decided to start looking for a new place to call home.

We are all very clean, tidy, active, hardworking organised and show the upmost respect for any owners homes that we have the privilege of living in.

We also have a beautiful doggy who is well trained and used to being outside during the day (sleeps with us at night).

I have always had my bond returned in full and take much pride in keeping my place of living well kept.

We are looking through Real Estates too but have found being a single mother naturally pushes me down the line in the competitive market of rental properties.

My daughter and myself are both in the field of Early Education but have had to take a break due to family circumstances. We are both planning to step back into full-time roles in the new year.

We are looking preferably around Woy-Woy, Ettalong, Umina area, but will travel up to half an hour for the right place to call home.
