I’m looking for a place to stay for 6+ months. I’m friendly, respectful, and fairly quiet, as I spend most of my time working or at the gym. I typically work from 7am–3pm, though I also do night shifts as part of my job.
I’m always considerate when coming home, especially during late hours, and make an effort to keep noise to a minimum. I’m very clean, tidy, and always clean up after myself. I’m also more than happy to help out with general housework and garden maintenance.
I’m employed full-time and can provide payslips, bank statements, and both a work and personal reference if needed
