I’m an easygoing and respectful tenant with one indoor cat (she occasionally spends time in the backyard during the day), but if a cat is not permitted in your property, i am happy to leave my cat at my mother's house. I’m an artisan running my own small business, so a comfortable workspace is ideal. I'm currently looking for a day job in bartending/hosting/waitressing for extra income. Money is not a problem for me.

I’m Italian and a mix of introvert and extrovert—mostly keep to myself but enjoy friendly chats. Always pay rent on time, keep things tidy, and value privacy and mutual respect. Looking for a 12-month stay.
