Hi, I’m Logan, a 55-year-old professional male working full-time.

I don't have children or pets, but am comfortable around both. I have a current WWC.

My ideal is to share a house with someone else where we can split the rent and utilities. Ideally a three or four bedroom house would suit us, with an ensuite to the main so we could have our own private bathrooms / space. I don't spend my evenings in front of the TV, so most of the space is free for your use. This would also give us a garage most likely, something often sorely lacking in shared accommodations.

I’m quiet, respectful, and have plenty of experience living in shared homes. I value a peaceful and harmonious environment, and I’m always mindful of others’ space and routines. Being easy-going and reliable, I understand the importance of communication and respect when sharing a space.
