Hey there, I'm looking to share an established house or a short lease with someone who values a chilled, quiet, respectful environment, 30's- 40s.

I'm late thirties, work full time from home and the office. I don't smoke, or have pets, but would be great to share a place with a dog.

Enjoy biking, gardening, cooking foods from SE Asia and Palestine. I'm excited to be near a city, and keen to explore SA.
Looking for a place within an easy drive or ride to mountain bike parks. Clean, considerate, with a habit of accumulating plants.

I'll be in Adelaide at the end of Jan/early Feb, and leaving on July 22nd or thereabouts. Happy to help garden, walk the dog, or look for the next housemate if you need.
